Scope of Client Services - Direct & Oversee Processes of Design & Entitlement

1. Coordinate the work of the Design Team and all other design effort contractors to ensure that the input, requirements and decisions adopted by the Owner are incorporated into the plans, specifications and other construction contract documents.

2. Serve as Owner’s liaison with all public agencies.  Oversee the efforts necessary to comply with the entitlement conditions and requirements of those public agencies having jurisdiction over the Project.

3. Facilitate securing all necessary construction and occupancy permits for the Project.

4. Direct the selection of building systems, fixtures and/or furnishings of the Project.

5. Update the Project schedule and provide status reports to the Owner not less than monthly.
