Scope of Client Services - Project Close Outs

1. Process all Project close-out items.

1. Obtain warranties from sub-contractors and equipment suppliers.

2. Obtain guarantee from general contractors and subcontractors.

3. Receive “As-built” drawings and documents.

4. Process final lien releases.

5. Issue final payments to contractors and vendors.
